Tree Ease contains the magic of five different tree Allies. White pine, pinyon pine, balsam poplar buds, white willow, and copaiba balsam. Known for their anti inflammatory properties, balsam poplar and willow bark contain naturally occurring salicylates, which are the main chemical constituent in over the counter aspirin. This balm assists your own bodies ability to sooth muscle spasms, alleviate sharp achy pain, increase circulation, assist in menstrual cramps, ease joint discomfort, etc.
We also add goldenrod leaves and flowers. Goldenrod helps assist in muscle stiffness and swelling by warming the tissues. Goldenrod in my opinion is just effective as arnica. And goldenrod is so abundant and grows all around the north east.
One of my main essential oils we use in this blend is copaiba balsam essential oil which contains beta-caryophyllene (BCP), a terpene, which can interact with CB2 receptors,similar to how certain cannabinoids do, but without any psychoactive effects.
