Release. A great time to carve out 30 minutes to one hour for yourself. And yourself only. Salt baths are cleansing & purifying by nature; and I’ve found that weekly soaks in mineral rich salts isn’t just rejuvenating to my body but my spiritual body too.
Ingredients: Epsom Salt, fine Himalayan pink salt, roses, calendula flowers and buds ( from my herb garden ), grapefruit, clary Sage, lavender, geranium, sweet orange, patchouli essential oil.
+ Calendula is mostly known as a vulnerary plant; but there is so much goodness calendula offers. When dried & fresh, the flowers almost give off this wonderful cacao like aroma that reminds me of the thick of summer. The flowers inspire peace & joy.
+ Roses are the ultimate heart mender, heart holder. Cooling hot headedness.
Directions: Add desired amount to running water & soak for up to 1 hour. Allow your body to absorb the medicine of the salts and the flowers to give you an active floral steam.
A tub strainer is recommended to catch the botanicals after your bath
