We slightly macerate german chamomile, mugwort, and lavender and add them to sea salt, epsom salt, and Himalayan salt and add just a small amount of lavender, frankincense, and cedarwood essential oils. This soak helps the body ease into a restful state, assists with a racing mind, soothes tight and sore muscles, and may help tap into the dream realm.
