This mist is gently scented with German Chamomile and mugwort infused witch hazel, distilled water, and a propriety essential oil blend.
Gently mist on chest, wrists, bottoms of feet, or directly on your pillow before sleep.
INSTRUCTIONS~
Spray on pillow, neck, wrists, bottoms of feet, or sheets. I always mist some on my pillow, and on my chest so the aroma will naturally linger without the scent being too overpowering. A little goes a very long way.
